Returns & Refunds
NexPep offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on sealed, unopened items in original condition. For safety, contamination control, and research integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or reconstituted research materials. Damaged shipments and incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded at no cost after verification.
